Thanks to Waves for this trip down memory lane and some funny and reflective quotes from my friends, Rob, Kelly, Pat, Ross and Shane. Hard to imagine it’s been 20 years as it seems like it was yesterday. Pretty grateful for the friendships, the music and the times. Still going through some never seen archived footage.

Off to Hawaii today for Clash of the Legends and a secret project.

If you were at the La Polama Momentum II premiere than you know it was not a normal surf movie show. For one Pennywise & Sprung Monkey were playing live in a movie theater setting. Kids were moshing so hard that the first 4 rows of seats were ripped out. It was anarchy. Yet it was too much fun. I heard it was were the Warp tour got its idea. Don’t know if that is true or not. Its a good rumor. We are coming up on the 20 year anniversary of Momentum in a year and half. Maybe we can get Sprung and PW to play the reunion show at La Polama and see if they can try to top my favorite premiere.
