Bleach Art Music and Surf Festival

The Bleach Festival starts Feb 11th on the Gold Coast. We are proud of our friend Kuni Takanami who has been in Byron helping us on various projects. Departing Japan with his young family after the devastating earthquake last year, he starts a new life in Australia.

Many of our friends and creative collaborators are featured at the festival this year. Here’s the talented lineup.

Emmett’s Big Easy Express

Free Online Streaming-Campaign 2- Happy Holidays from PS

Click here for free streaming access to Campaign 2. All you have to do is subscribe. Thank you for the many years of support…there would be no such thing as this career and Poor Specimen if not for all the people out there who watch the films.

Also our classic movie pass allocates a percentage to the Surf Resource Network’s ‘Create Your Future’ International Photography program. In 2012, SRN will bring aspiring young photographers from Liberia, Sri Lanka and Peru to the US for their own photography exhibit. As we speak they are busy making their dreams come true thanks to the donations the program has received from all over.

Happy Holidays from our family to yours.

The message board

Communication within a community is its foundation, one could argue that without communication there is no community, just strangers occupying a shared piece of earth. A true community can exist via communication alone, from handmade zines to online forums.
